Requirements and responsibilities

Experience: 5+ Years (L5 Solution Architect). Job Summary: - We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix RSSO / SSO Consultant with strong expertise in Remedy Single Sign-On (RSSO), Identity Provider (IdP) integrations, and People Data integrations within BMC Helix ITSM/ITOM environments. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and implement BMC Remedy Single Sign-On (RSSO). - Integrate RSSO with external Identity Providers (Azure AD, Okta, ADFS, LDAP, etc.). - Work on SAML, OAuth, and OIDC-based authentication integrations. - Perform People Data integrations using Atrium Integrator. - Perform People Data integrations using REST APIs. - Support Helix Dashboard creation and Smart Reporting conversion. - Troubleshoot authentication and integration-related issues. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with RSSO configuration and integrations. - Experience with IdP integrations and federation technologies. - Expertise in Atrium Integrator and REST API-based integrations. - Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM / ITOM. - Experience with Helix Dashboards and Smart Reporting. Preferred: - BMC Helix / Remedy certifications. - Experience in enterprise IAM environments.
