Responsibilities

Graphic & Print Production Designer We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic & Print Production Designer to create visually compelling branding assets and handle full prepress and print assembly workflows. This role requires a balance of strong artistic design skills (primarily in Adobe Illustrator) and deep technical precision in print production, bleed setup, vector layout, and print bed/sheet imposition (mesas de impresión). Key Responsibilities Print Production & Prepress (Core Requirement) Prepare, format, and optimize artwork for production using Adobe Illustrator (imposition/montaje de mesas de impresión, bleed, crop marks, color modes, and vector paths). Set up print-ready files tailored to distinct printing methods (digital, offset, large format, screen printing, or die-cutting) ensuring minimum material waste. Review incoming artwork files to detect resolution issues, color space mismatches (converting RGB/Pantone to CMYK where needed), and missing fonts or linked assets. Coordinate technical specifications directly with internal teams or external print vendors to guarantee high-fidelity output. Graphic Design & Branding Create visual assets for print collateral (brochures, packaging, banners, signage, promotional items) and digital channels. Maintain strict visual consistency across brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and assets. Adapt existing designs into multiple sizes, ratios, and technical layouts without sacrificing design integrity. Qualifications Software Proficiency: Expert command of Adobe Illustrator is mandatory. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is highly preferred. Technical Print Knowledge: Hands-on experience with prepress, print layout/imposition (montaje de archivos/mesas de impresión), CMYK vs. RGB color spaces, bleed/margin settings, and vector trace. High attention to detail regarding alignment, resolution, bleed limits, and structural layout accuracy. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and branding rules. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple artwork files, templates, and tight production deadlines.
