JOB SUMMARY: Workday Learning TalentAmerican IT Systems, a premier IT staffing firm specializing in sourcing top talent for diverse industries, is currently seeking the following resources to fulfill the requirements of our premium client.We are currently looking for candidates based in the EMEA. Please note this is a fully remote role.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionality based on business requirementsTroubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause and resolutionCreate and maintain documentation related to configuration, business processes, and system design decisionsDevelop and execute test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and releasesSupport testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including defect tracking and resolutionAssist in configuring and updating business processes, notifications, and system settingsPartner with stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected system behaviorEnsure changes are documented and aligned to governance standardsSupport release activities including regression testing and impact analysisParticipate in working sessions with project teams and functional leadsRequired SkillsWorking knowledge of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modulesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to create clear, structured documentation (config, testing, process flows)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and follow-throughClear communication with both functional and technical stakeholdersRequired Experience3–5 years of Workday functional experienceHands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or PerformanceExperience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releasesExperience documenting business processes and configuration decisionsExposure to global HR environments preferredThank you for your interest in American IT Systems.
