You'll own each case from first response to resolution, collaborate closely with Engineering and Product, and become a true product expert. Your customer insights will directly influence our product roadmap.What we're looking for:3+ years of Technical Support experience in a SaaS companySolid understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript (comfortable reading code and using browser DevTools)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsHigh ownership mindset and proactive communicationAbility to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (New York)Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflowNice to have:Experience with Intercom or similar ticketing systemsAPI troubleshooting or integration supportExperience writing Help Center or knowledge base articlesYou'll join a high-load SaaS platform trusted by leading nonprofits worldwide, including UNICEF, Alzheimer's Association, and many others—where every resolved issue helps organizations raise more donations and create greater impact.🚨 Please note before applying:RemoteBut you must be physically located in: Poland, Portugal, Spain, Georgia, Serbia, Armenia, Turkey, Cyprus, or Argentina.Required languages (both are required): Russian — Native; English — C1 (written & spoken)
