We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Handle employee queries related to HR processes and policies.Generate HR reports and assist in HR audits and documentation.Support HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.Requirements2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roleGood understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle managementExperience with HRMS tools and HR documentationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently in a remote setupPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.Why Join Us?Fully remote work environmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureOpportunities for learning and career growthCompetitive compensation
