We invest aggressively in testing, move quickly on winners, and expect our creative team to operate with the same rigor as our media buying. Creative performance directly impacts revenue - and we want someone who's excited by that level of ownership.The RoleYou'll own and scale paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, supporting $500k in monthly ad spend for your Pod. You'll lead creative strategy, direct a team of 4 video editors and 1 graphic designer, and work side by side with media buying to systematically turn insights into scalable ads.This is a high-bar role inside a serious operating environment. You'll have ownership, trust, and resources - but you'll also be held to a high standard.
