This is a chance to join an established business, with clear product-market fit, on an innovative team where we’ve proven impact and are investing further. You would be coming in with a foundation already in place - proven workflows, leadership buy-in, and a modern tech stack including Salesforce, Clay, Nooks, Clari, ChatGPT, and more - and plenty of room to build from there. You will work alongside our Founding GTM Engineer to communicate directly with commercial leadership and their teams to identify friction across the sales and marketing motion and own the systems built to address it. The role sits at the intersection of outbound sales expertise and AI-driven tooling, and is well suited for someone who wants depth of craft and direct visibility into business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesThe GTM Engineering team exists to accelerate what our sales and marketing teams can do. That means thinking about how AI and automation can change the quality and speed of our go-to-market motion, not just maintaining it.Some of the ways we think about that acceleration:Using AI to surface the right accounts at the right time based on behavioral and intent signalsAutomating the research, enrichment, and prioritization work that currently slows sellers downBuilding audience and prospecting infrastructure that lets marketing move faster on campaignsMaking sure the data our teams rely on is clean, consistent, and actionable. The work spans strategy and execution - you will help identify the problems worth solving, then build the solutions.Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseBackground2+ years as an SDR, BDR, or Account Executive - or in any quota-carrying, outbound-heavy role1+ year in an Enablement, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Sales Development Leadership roleHands-on experience applying AI, automation, or APIs to real problems - you can walk us through concrete examplesSkillsSalesforce – You have meaningful hands-on Salesforce experience within a GTM context - building reports and dashboards, managing data, supporting sales workflows, and understanding how design decisions affect seller experience and data quality. What matters is that you know your way around the tool and can pick up new use cases quickly.Outbound fluency - You understand the full outbound motion. From list building and enrichment to sequencing and conversion. You know what good looks like because you have lived it.AI and automation - You work with AI tools regularly and know how to get consistent, useful output from them. You think about where automation can remove friction and have experience building workflows that act on that thinking.
