We combine modern technology with high-touch clinical support to help members stay ahead of health issues, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and make healthcare easier to navigate.The RoleAs Clinical Director, you will own the clinical operations of our virtual care platform. You'll report to the Medical Director and be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the clinical team including nursing leadership, care managers, and care navigators.This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the standard for how care is delivered, drive performance and quality across the team, and build the processes and infrastructure needed to grow.
