You will build and design both the architecture and marketing strategy to lead an end-to-end lifecycle marketing program for Lightspeed financial services products across the funnel - from awareness to adoption to utilization.What youâll be doing:Design and implement always-on lifecycle journeys across key stages (awareness, eligibility, adoption, utilization, renewal)Build and own the underlying lifecycle architecture, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and data flowsTransition marketing from batch campaigns to trigger-based, behavior-driven messagingPartner with Product, Data, and Engineering to define audience segmentation, triggers, and activation strategiesDevelop scalable personalization frameworks and reusable campaign templates to accelerate executionMeasure and optimize lifecycle performance across the funnel (engagement to funded to repeat usage)Ensure lifecycle communications are reliable, compliant, and scalableAnd a little bit ofâŠAct as the connector between marketing, technical teams, and business stakeholdersWhat you need to bring:Weâre a team of 5 people based remotely in North America. Our team is responsible for driving adoption, revenue, and long-term growth for Lightspeed Financial Services through product marketing and go-to-market strategy.Weâre looking for a Senior candidate who has experience with the following:Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation (required)Experience building strategy and executing end-to-end lifecycle or CRM marketing programs (not just one-off campaigns)Proficiency in SQL and working with data to define and activate audience segmentsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teamsStrong understanding of funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and lifecycle performanceExperience with email development (HTML/CSS) and dynamic content personalizationWe know that people are more than whatâs on their CV.
