We’re Hiring: SAP Application Support Engineer (SuccessFactors – All Modules)We are looking for a proactive and technically strong SAP Application Support Engineer to join our support team and ensure smooth, stable, and efficient SAP SuccessFactors operations across enterprise environments.If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy resolving real-time production issues across SAP SuccessFactors modules, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors applications across all modulesMonitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelinesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Employee Central (EC), Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development (S&D), Learning Management System (LMS), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)Analyze integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and third-party applicationsSupport user administration, role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules, and data management activitiesCollaborate with HR, functional, and technical stakeholders to ensure system stability and business continuitySupport continuous improvement of application support processes and system performanceRequired Skills:Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors support environmentsHands-on expertise in troubleshooting SuccessFactors modules and HR business processesExperience with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, LMS, Succession, and Payroll modulesKnowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Integration CenterGood understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and cloud-based HR landscapesGood to Have:Knowledge of ITIL support processes and incident managementExperience with SAP CPI/BTP integrations and middleware platformsExposure to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM integrationsExperience with monitoring and alerting toolsUnderstanding of HR compliance, reporting, and data privacy requirementsInterested candidates can apply or refer suitable profiles at: careers@prodigyhrm.comKnow someone who fits?
