We believe that people will always be at the center of high-stakes conversations, and our mission is to ensure they enter those conversations with confidence and deliver an exceptional experience every time. Our platform combines hyper-realistic AI-powered training simulations with intelligent QA to support frontline teams in mission-critical conversations. Our tools work in 25 languages, are endlessly customizable to meet each business’s unique needs, and are used by customers ranging from crisis support call centers to healthcare organizations to customer service teams to sales teams negotiating big deals — any organization where empathy, quality, and excellence matter in every interaction.About This RoleWe’ve built a product our customers can’t imagine living without, and our business is growing rapidly. Now we’re at an inflection point: we’re evolving from a product with strong market fit into something more ambitious — the operating system for conversation performance. That transformation means investing in product leadership. We’re looking for a PM who can bring product intuition, UX judgment, and AI-powered execution together. This is a role for someone who thrives moving fast with a small, focused team. You’ll own products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout, and you’ll be expected to close the gap between insight and shipped product faster than most. If you have strong design sensibility, a genuine AI-native working style, and you’re energized by having a lot of ownership while staying in the details, this might be a great fit. What You’ll DoBe responsible for every aspect of your products, from concept to go-to-market and post-launch iterationGo deep with users and customers to understand their needs — spoken and unspoken — and translate that understanding into clear decisions about what to build and whyUse AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, and others) to prototype concepts, stress-test ideas, and close the gap between your thinking and what engineering needs to buildForm strong UX opinions and advocate for them — you’ll often be the primary design voice in the roomCollect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and beyond, and work with engineering and AI/ML partners to craft and deliver products that solve real problems and delight usersPrioritize ruthlessly by understanding and communicating the costs and benefits of each choiceThroughout everything you do, deliver solutions that are aligned with our values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation, and InclusionYou Might Be a Great Fit If…You have at least 5 years of experience building beloved consumer products and/or taken those same sensibilities to build B2B software that users love and can’t imagine living withoutYou’ve used AI coding and prototyping tools to build things yourself — not as a demo, but as part of how you actually workYou have strong enough UX instincts that you can give crisp, actionable direction on interaction design and hold a high bar for craft, even without a designer in the roomYou love to go deep with users and customers to truly understand their needs and motivations — and you can turn incomplete or ambiguous inputs into solid action plansYou’ve shipped in environments where the role wasn’t fully defined, and you filled the gapsYou’re a strategic and principled thinker who knows when to leverage data to inform decisions and when to follow your instinctsYou are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alikeYou are relentlessly curious — you love to untangle knotty problems, learn new businesses, and play with new technology to see how it worksYou have an ownership mentality — you run towards fires, roll up your sleeves to pitch in where it’s needed, and leave the products and teams you touch better than you found themYou communicate with empathy, rigor, and precisionYou’re extremely kind and extremely competitive — you’re ambitious and love to win, but you know that doesn’t matter if you’re not first and foremost a good person to those around youYou’re excited about how AI can help people lean into their humanityWhat We OfferSome of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people be the best versions of themselvesWorking alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kindFlexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United StatesGenerous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policiesApply for this Job
