This position will work closely with Interior Designers and Senior FF&E Procurement Manager to maintain FF&E budgets, project procurement, supply chain, logistics and project installations.We are seeking a highly organized and experienced FF&E Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee the full logistics, quality control, and delivery process for a luxury residential hospitality project in Brazil. This role is responsible for managing production follow-up, factory coordination, inbound logistics from multiple regions (Brazil and Europe), storage operations in Preá, and final-mile delivery into Jericoacoara—an area with challenging access conditions.The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience in complex supply-chain environments, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, factories, construction teams, installers, and logistics partners.At a glace:Mid–Senior role overseeing end-to-end FF&E supply chain for a luxury hospitality project in BrazilResponsible for factory supervision, quality control, and production sign-off (Brazil & Europe)Manages storage operations in Preá and all inbound logisticsCoordinates last-mile delivery into Jericoacoara with specialized 4x4/off-road vehiclesOversees inventory accuracy, documentation, dispatch & receivingPlans and supervises loading/unloading, equipment rental, and batch delivery schedulingWorks closely with Construction for delivery timelines, site readiness, and installation planningSupervises Utopia-hired installers to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and contractual commitmentsMust be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in complex or remote logistics environmentsResponsibilitiesProduction Oversight & Quality ControlSupervise FF&E production at each factory (Brazil & Europe).Conduct detailed quality checks and approve inventory before packing and sign-off.Ensure all items meet Utopia’s standards for quality, specifications, and finishes.Inbound Logistics & Storage ManagementMonitor and confirm the arrival of goods at the Preá storage facility.Arrange and oversee loading/unloading operations at all locations.Hire necessary local equipment or machinery as required.Maintain a full, accurate, and continuously updated inventory of all items.Documentation & ComplianceHandle all dispatch, receiving, and transport paperwork.Ensure complete documentation for internal controls and auditing.Delivery Coordination & Final-Mile LogisticsOversee delivery schedules from factories to Preá, ensuring timely arrivals.Plan and manage logistics from Preá to Jericoacoara—including batch deliveries due to access restrictions (large trucks cannot cross dunes).Hire and coordinate appropriate 4x4 or off-road trucks capable of operating in sandy conditions.Supervise all loading/unloading operations for the Preá–Jeri transfers.On-Site Coordination & Installation SupportCoordinate delivery timelines and equipment needs with the Construction team.Organize and supervise unpacking activities.Oversee Utopia-hired installation teams to ensure full compliance with contract requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.RequirementsProfessional Experience5+ years of experience in FF&E logistics, supply chain management, project management, or procurement—preferably in hospitality or high-end residential projects.Proven experience supervising factory production, performing quality checks, and managing sign-off processes.Demonstrated ability to coordinate international and domestic logistics (Brazil + Europe preferred).Experience managing storage facilities, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.Solid track record overseeing loading/unloading operations, equipment rental, and transport coordination.Hands-on experience with remote or difficult-access job sites (desert, beach, island, jungle environments are a strong plus).Experience coordinating with construction teams, installers, and multiple vendors simultaneously.Prior responsibility for delivery scheduling, documentation, and compliance.Experience supervising installation teams is highly desirable.Portuguese and English a must - any other language a plusTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of FF&E manufacturing processes, materials, finishes, and quality standards.Proficiency in inventory management tools, tracking systems, and documentation workflows.Understanding of logistics planning, especially final-mile or off-road delivery constraints.Familiarity with transport regulations, customs basics, and dispatch/receiving procedures.Strong reporting and documentation skills (photos, checklists, receiving logs, QC reports).Ability to read technical documents (spec sheets, shop drawings, BOQs).BenefitsSalary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experience.Note: Please submit your CV in English.
