Through our family of brands, we bring together industry expertise, technology, and data-driven insights to help dealers strengthen their finance and insurance performance and build lasting relationships with their customers.Our teams work collaboratively across operations, technology, risk, finance, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that create measurable value and support the continued growth of APCO and the partners we serve.We are looking for a Vehicle Protection Agent to support customers with questions about their vehicle protection coverage while helping identify renewal opportunities. In this role, you will serve as a front-line customer advocate, building trust, delivering excellent service, and connecting customers with renewal and coverage solutions that meet their needs.What You'll DoProvide exceptional customer service during inbound and outbound customer interactionsAnswer questions related to vehicle protection coverage and renewal optionsBuild rapport with customers and generate interest in extending vehicle coverageSchedule appointments and transfer qualified opportunities to internal sales teamsManage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracyDocument customer interactions and updates within internal systemsFollow established call guides and processes to ensure compliance and consistencyMeet and exceed individual and team performance goalsMaintain a positive and customer-focused experience across all interactionsWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers while confidently guiding conversations toward solutions and renewal opportunities. Each Vehicle Protection Specialist will work two late shifts per week and at least one Saturday a month. You must have a flexible schedule and be available to work during the stated hours as needed.
