📍 Remote | NY/NJ Area Preferred for Occasional Site Meetings GENX Design & Technology is growing its VDC team. If you are passionate about BIM, digital construction, MEP coordination, and leading complex project workflows, we’d love to connect with you. ⬛ POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced VDC Manager to lead BIM and digital construction workflows across complex projects. This role requires deep expertise in: ▪ VDC Strategy ▪ BIM Management ▪ Constructability Reviews ▪ MEP Coordination & System Integration ▪ Multidisciplinary Collaboration ⬛ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Develop and implement VDC workflows across various project types ▪ Lead constructability reviews with a strong focus on MEP coordination and system integration ▪ Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution ▪ Manage model integration using: Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and Revizto ▪ Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams ▪ Prepare presentations and project documentation ▪ Lead virtual coordination meetings and participate in occasional in-person meetings ⬛ QUALIFICATIONS ▪ 8+ years of experience in VDC/BIM management ▪ Strong experience in constructability and MEP coordination ▪ Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks ▪ Experience with ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and Revizto preferred ▪ Strong leadership and communication skills ▪ Ability to work remotely with occasional NY/NJ site visits ▪ Professional-level English proficiency
