Description:Lead the design and development of a next-generation Data Platform at Vercel.Architect foundational systems for data across products, supporting real-time analytics and AI/ML initiatives.Requirements:8+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, with 5 years at the Principal Engineer level.Proven experience with large-scale data infrastructures, Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a leadership mindset.Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary range of $232,000 - $348,000, adjusted based on location and experience.Total compensation package may include benefits, equity, and eligibility for bonuses.
