I’m hiring a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to join the Crunchi team.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader who can turn strategy into integrated campaigns that drive brand growth and commercial performance.This person will lead execution across promotional campaigns, product launches, brand marketing, Email/SMS, social, ecommerce and performance marketing, bringing internal teams and external partners together around a clear strategy, timeline and customer story.The ideal candidate:Has 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experienceHas proven beauty brand marketing experienceIs an exceptional brand storyteller and copywriterHas owned integrated campaigns and beauty product launches from strategy through executionUnderstands how promotional strategy supports revenue, conversion and customer growthCan confidently manage cross-functional teams, agencies, timelines and competing prioritiesIs highly strategic while remaining willing to roll up their sleeves and executeExperience with DTC ecommerce, Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Email/SMS, paid media, social media and AI-enabled marketing tools is strongly preferred.Beauty industry experience is required for this position. We are specifically seeking candidates with direct experience marketing beauty, skincare, cosmetics or personal-care products. Candidates without relevant beauty experience will not be considered.This is a full-time, remote position.
