Today, we’re creating unique technologies, and with your help, we aim to reach even higher.As a Technical Account Manager (RTB), you will have a chance to join our Core team and be responsible for technical integrations, providing ongoing business and technical support to DSPs, SSPs, publishers, internal business departments, and management teams.What You'll Do:Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical supportMonitor, analyze, and optimize integrations to ensure they meet established targets and KPIsInvestigate and resolve exchange integration issues and discrepancies, escalating bugs to Engineering and Product Management teamsCreate SQL-based internal dashboards and complex reports for business departments and Product ManagementPrepare custom reporting API specifications for partnersPerform manual testing of new features and logic changesDebug and troubleshoot ad display issues on direct and external publishers’ websites across desktop and web environmentsAdjust ad formats and styles to improve user experience and profitabilityCommunicate with partners and internal managers regarding technical issuesWho You Are:You possess an expertise with:SQL syntaxMongoDBGET and POST requestsTerminal and command-line toolsWill be a plus:Knowledge of Programmatic and oRTBExperience with Chrome DevTools and PostmanKnowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptLanguage proficiency:Intermediate English level (B1 or higher)At MGID, we thrive on innovation, collaboration, and a passion for AdTech.
