• Work closely with the Retention Manager to develop and execute cross-channel CRM campaigns • Own the European strategy for our owned channel programs to all audiences • Independently manage end-to-end CRM operations • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop inspirational, promotional and informational content strategies • Maximize customer retention, customer loyalty and customer engagement • Work closely with our Content, Creative Services and Product teams • Analyze and optimize one-off campaigns and automated workflows • Leverage data to further develop audience segmentation • Create personalized messaging across email/SMS to achieve relevantly, targeted messaging • Measure relevant KPIs • Extract insights from customer data and define intelligent targeting, personalization, and cross-channel communication • Conduct evidenced-based experiments • Support the implementation of marketing decisions based on customer segments and behavior • Leverage learnings and best practices from the US market.
