Responsibilities & more

• Evaluate laws and regulations globally to identify specific requirements, ex. IT general computing controls and provide feedback to appropriate business units. • Work with business units to communicate and increase compliance controls as needed to manage risk, and improve overall effectiveness in a global regulatory landscape. • Assist in analyzing and documenting ITGC that are appropriate for the various systems. • Documenting rationale for ITGC deemed not applicable. • Coordinate and lead audits across StockX business units to evaluate controls, risks and risk management. • Define process and procedures regarding standard audit practices to ensure consistent, repeatable audits, inclusive of Identifying appropriate audit technique (ex. review, inquiry, reperformance) and required testing criteria (ex. Sample sizes, evidence). • Document findings and recommendations, for presentation to team members and leadership accountable to response and resolution. • Audits could include: • Perform pre and post- implementation reviews of system implementations or enhancements in regard to ITGC and/or mitigating controls. • Perform ongoing audits of ITGC throughout the fiscal year. • Perform IT security audits (e.g. network, operating system, application, and data center), including evaluating if security vulnerabilities are properly identified and mitigated. • Perform various other reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery and information security to ensure that controls surrounding these processes are adequate.
