For our client, a Toronto-based company specializing in high-quality restorations and renovations for commercial and industrial projects.We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and industry knowledge, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements:Job Title: Project Manager Restoration ServicesLocation: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)Employment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: General Contractors / Construction ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesManage Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications.Lead project estimating, budgeting, and cost control processes using industry-standard tools and software.Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contract documents to ensure alignment with project requirements.Procure materials and equipment efficiently, balancing cost-effectiveness with timely delivery.Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Identify and resolve project challenges, applying proactive solutions to mitigate risks and maintain momentum.Communicate project status, issues, and milestones clearly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Utilize software such as Civil 3D, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam for project planning, coordination, and execution.Qualifications & Skills3+ years of experience in restoration, civil engineering or construction project managementProven Experience in ICI Restoration Demonstrated success managing restoration or construction projects in institutional, commercial, or industrial settings.Strong understanding of building codes and restoration techniques.Proficiency in :PlanSwiftBlueBeamAUTOCadExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ICI projects simultaneously.Valid G-Class driver's licenseEducation & CertificationsDiploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.IICRC Certification (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) is an asset.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary.Company vehicle or car allowance.Paid vacationSupportive team and growth-oriented company culture.
