We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top operators independently, without relying on us long-term.The RoleWe are looking for a Head of AI and Automations to take ownership of how AI and automation are implemented across the company.We are looking for someone who can deeply understand how our teams work today, identify bottlenecks, errors, and inefficiencies, and then design practical AI-powered systems that improve output, accuracy, and speed across multiple departments.You will work closely with leadership and department heads and will have a direct impact on operations, product, client delivery, and internal efficiency.What Youll Be Working OnBrand Analysis TeamOur Brand Analysis department includes 10+ coordinators and handles large volumes of reports and data.You will:Review and map existing workflows for downloading, uploading, and processing reportsIdentify where errors happen and whyReduce manual work and mistakes through automation and AI validationDesign QA layers to improve data accuracy and consistencyIntroduce AI agents to assist with repetitive checks and processesImprove internal communication and handoffsBuild clear dashboards and visualizations using tools like Google Looker Studio or similar solutionsThe goal is a smoother, more reliable, and scalable analysis process.CSM and Consultants TeamOur consultants work closely with clients and rely on internal knowledge, guides, and years of past client conversations.You will:Build AI agents trained on our internal guides, documentation, datasets, and historical Slack conversationsStructure and clean knowledge so it can be reliably used by AI systemsCreate internal tools that help consultants answer common client questions faster and more consistentlyReduce repetitive explanations and manual knowledge lookupThe focus here is support, speed, and consistency, not replacing human judgment.Product and PPC OptimizationWe have several manual processes related to PPC optimization and product workflows.You will:Identify repetitive or manual steps that can be automated in the current SOPsImplement AI-driven logic to improve efficiency and performanceWork closely with product and performance teams to enhance our systemsAccounting and FinanceOur accounting workflows currently involve excessive manual effort and too many errors.You will:Streamline accounting-related processes using automationAdd AI-driven QA checks to catch mistakes earlyImprove reliability and clarity across finance operationsWork closely with accounting stakeholders to ensure accuracy and complianceCompany Wiki and Internal AI Knowledge SystemA major responsibility of this role will be to build and own a company-wide AI-powered wiki.We want to take everything we have built internally over the years and turn it into a single, reliable source of truth that our teams can actually use.This includes:Internal guides and documentation from GNO Partners, past and presentHistorical Slack discussions from the Consultants Team and Sales TeamInternal processes, frameworks, and best practicesOngoing internal conversations and updatesYou will:Design the structure of the company wiki for both Sales and CS teamsClean, organize, and maintain internal knowledge so it stays accurate and usableBuild AI-powered interfaces that allow team members to ask questions in natural languageEnsure answers are reliable, up to date, and easy to understandContinuously improve the system as new knowledge and discussions are createdThe goal is for Sales, Consultants, and CS team members to ask questions directly in the company wiki and receive clear, consistent answers.Ownership of Existing AutomationsWe already have a significant number of automations running across the company, and this role will take full ownership of them.This includes automations built in Make.com, integrations with our CRM and sales systems, Slack workflows, internal notifications, group-based automations, and other cross-tool processes that are already live and critical to daily operations.You will:Fully learn and document all existing automationsTake end-to-end ownership of how they work, why they exist, and how they can be improvedBe highly available on a daily basis to monitor, fix, and troubleshoot issues as they come upImprove reliability, reduce breakages, and simplify complex automation logic where possibleProactively identify weak points before they turn into problemsAct as the main point of contact for anything related to automations across teamsThis is a hands-on role.
