About FlossyFlossy is building the future of dental office operations through Fiona, our AI dental receptionist. We’re in a rapid growth phase and looking for a forward looking head of product who is looking to get their hands dirty in the fast changing world of voice AI. You'll thrive here if you love solving complex problems and are optimized to move fast over move safely.About the RoleThis is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to have real ownership over a fast growing AI voice product. You will be responsible for overseeing the product execution for Fiona, an AI Dental Receptionist, and the underlying systems that connect with individual dentist offices. As an early member of the team, you’ll help shape our product, design, and culture as we scale.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development:Work closely with Senior Management to create and own the product roadmap for FionaOwn the visual design of Flossy HQOwn the audio design of all of the Fiona conversationsWork directly with engineering to execute and launch additional features and product improvementsOwn customer research and feedbackProactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and product improvements.Qualifications2 - 7 years of experience as a Product Manager.Strong Proficiency in Jira and Ticket writingStrong Experience with working directly with engineering to roll out featuresStrong positive view on Artificial Intelligence and its application in real-world problems.Strong advocate for rapid deployment of products - being fully bought into the idea that velocity is king in a rapidly changing industry like voice AINot overly reliant on analytical process and/or A/B testing Excited to work at a small company in growth mode with very little process.Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technical challenges.Experience at a small (less than 20) person startupClear, concise communicator—both written and verbal.Bonus:Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental practice management systems.Experience with Voice Systems (STT, TTS, etc.)Experience dealing with compliance through TwilioExperience with AI systems live in productionWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a fast-growing team shaping the future of AI in healthcare.Flexible remote work environment with high ownership and autonomy.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Why Join Flossy?You’ll be part of a nimble, mission-driven team reimagining how technology can transform the patient and practice experience.
