Position Overview: The Link Building Specialist will be a key member of the SEO team, responsible for building high-quality backlinks to improve organic search performance. This role is ideal for someone who executes quickly, adapts to changing priorities, and consistently delivers results under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and relationship-based link acquisition. Evaluate websites for link quality and relevance using metrics such as Ahrefs DR and content quality. Execute link-building campaigns focused on driving organic search traffic growth. Track and report weekly on link-building performance and key metrics. Follow and improve existing link-building processes to increase speed and effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience in link building and off-page SEO. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and backlink strategies. Hands-on experience evaluating site quality and link metrics. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Comfortable making quick decisions and executing under tight deadlines. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or similar platforms. Prior experience in agency or multi-client SEO environments. Success Metrics: Number of quality backlinks built. Improvement in organic traffic and search visibility.
