We are looking for talent in Colombia to connect with homeowners in the U.S. and help them protect their property. 📌 Your Responsibilities: Strategic Connection: Conduct outbound calls to U.S. homeowners (qualified leads) to identify property damage (mold, leaks, roof issues). Lead Qualification: Engage with and validate homeowners to determine if their cases qualify for a professional inspection. Calendar Management: Coordinate and secure daily appointments for our technical team. Digital Management: Maintain an up-to-date information flow within our CRM. Results-Oriented: Exceed daily and weekly goals with a winning attitude. 📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): To excel in this role, we aim for: Calls: Between 200 and 250 calls per day. Appointments: Minimum of 3 confirmed inspections per day. Results: Achieve at least 2 signed claims per week. 🛠️ Requirements: Home Office Setup: Your own computer (PC/Laptop) and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Digital Savvy: Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel/Lists). Impactful Communication: Strong persuasion skills, empathy, and resilience.
