Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Source & recruit candidates for US healthcare insurance roles; Build pipelines for managed care positions; Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations & documentation; Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within TAT.Required Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of HMO, PPO, Medicaid, Medicare; Understanding of Capitation & Utilization Management; Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS Guidelines & NCQA Standards; Experience hiring for roles such as Care Managers, Utilization Review Nurses, Medical Directors, Claims Processors, Provider Network Managers, Case Managers.
