About Fast Home Cash Offers Fast Home Cash Offers is a real estate investment company that buys off-market properties directly from homeowners and sells those opportunities to investors. We are a fast-moving, high-performance team looking for a strong Dispositions Specialist who can take ownership of deals, negotiate confidently, manage buyer relationships, and help keep transactions on track. This is not an entry-level dispo role. We are looking for a higher-level operator who can handle investor negotiations, seller communication, deal escalations, and coordinate closely with our internal team to get deals assigned. About the Role As our Dispositions Specialist, you will manage files from the time a property goes under contract until it is assigned to a buyer. Your primary responsibility is to get deals sold, maximize assignment fees, and keep deals moving forward. This role is more than just texting buyers and collecting offers. You will also communicate with sellers, schedule walkthroughs, handle objections and escalations, work closely with the Transaction Coordination team, and oversee our Dispositions Assistant to ensure each deal is being properly marketed and worked. You will have support from a Dispositions Assistant and TC, but you will be expected to take ownership of the deal during the dispositions phase. Responsibilities - Sell off-market investment properties to cash buyers, investors, landlords, flippers & Retail Buyers - Negotiate offers and maximize assignment fees Manage each file from contract to assignment - Communicate with sellers during the disposition phase, including introduction calls, expectation-setting, and scheduling walkthroughs - Handle buyer and seller escalations as much as possible before involving management Coordinate with the Dispositions Assistant on buyer outreach, follow-up, buyer sourcing, and marketing tasks - Work collaboratively with Transaction Coordination to ensure deals are progressing properly - Coordinate with acquisitions regarding reductions, pricing feedback, and deal issues Source realtors when needed for listings, novations, or wholetail strategies - Coordinate walkthroughs, buyer access, and offer deadlines Maintain detailed CRM notes and update deal status consistently - Assist with retrades (price reductions), and negotiation support Help coordinate attorney communication when a deal escalation requires legal support - Support wholetail, novation, or light project coordination when needed to move the deal forward Who We’re Looking For - 2+ years of sales experience required - Strong negotiation and closing ability - Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at once - Comfortable talking to both buyers and sellers - Able to handle conflict, objections, and emotionally charged situations - Strong communicator with a sense of urgency - Experience in real estate, wholesaling, dispo, acquisitions, or high-ticket sales is a plus - Able to work remotely with reliable internet, a computer, and a professional home office setup - Coachable, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Paid training High-growth opportunity inside a real estate investment company Remote role with strong internal support Why Join Us This is an opportunity to step into a key revenue-driving role inside a growing real estate investment company.
