Requirements and responsibilities

You are a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structure, organization, and accountability to complex projects. This role focuses on coordinating teams, processes, and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from initiation to completion. - Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and field technicians. - Prioritize multiple projects and ensure timelines are met. - Identify risks, solve problems, and remove operational roadblocks. - Develop and improve processes, workflows, and documentation. - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams. Requirements: - Experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. - High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. - Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferred Experience: - Construction or field operations projects. - Low-voltage systems (networking, AV, security, access control). - Electrical or field service coordination.
