Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, developing content, and analyzing results. This internship is a 3-month program, which can either extend or transition into a paid position based on performance. Candidates may work full-time or part-time, depending on availability. Key Responsibilities Marketing Support: * Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). * Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing templates, and tracking engagement. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences. * Help develop marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, graphics, and presentations. * Support planning and execution of events, webinars, or promotional campaigns. Digital Marketing & Analytics: * Monitor and report on social media and website performance using analytics tools. * Assist in tracking campaign results and preparing performance reports for the marketing team. * Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and engagement strategies. Team Collaboration: * Collaborate with team members on marketing projects and campaigns. * Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for creative initiatives. * Support administrative tasks related to marketing projects and campaigns. Learning & Development: * Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign strategy. * Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced marketing professionals. * Opportunity to transition into a paid role after the 3-month internship based on performance and business needs. Skills & Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus. * Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to work full-time or part-time, depending on availability.
