Responsibilities

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant Time Management (TM) to support a key engagement with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.The consultant will work on-site in Kyiv, collaborating closely with end users and project stakeholders to implement and optimize SAP HR PA/OM/TM on-premise within an SAP S/4HANA environment.The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP professional with deep functional expertise in Time Management, excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English, and proven experience delivering SAP HCM solutions end to end.Key Responsibilities1. Requirements Gathering & AnalysisLead the collection and documentation of business requirements related to SAP HR Time Management.Conduct on-site workshops with client stakeholders in Ukrainian to understand operational needs.Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with best practices.2. Configuration & ImplementationConfigure and customize SAP HCM Time Management (TM) components, including:Absence and presence type.Work schedules, holidays, time quotasTime evaluation, rules, and reportingIntegrate TM with related HR modules (PA/OM) within the SAP S/4HANA environment.Execute system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure configuration accuracy.3. Advisory & Client SupportAct as a trusted advisor to the client on Time Management setup, optimization, and reporting.Provide guidance and training to client users on system functionality and processes.Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and documentation requirements.4. Collaboration & GovernanceWork closely with the wider PMO, functional, and technical teams to ensure cohesive delivery.Participate in regular project review and alignment meetings.Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process and system enhancements.Required Skills & Experience3-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, specifically Time Management (TM).Proven track record of implementing SAP HR PA/OM/TM on-premise solutions.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA HR processes and system integrations.Experience with requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing cycles.Excellent communication and client engagement skills.Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both mandatory).Availability for on-site work in Kyiv 35 days per week.Russian or Belarusian citizenship not permitted (as per client policy).Preferred QualificationsExperience with public sector or defense organizations.Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and Capgemini project delivery processes.Background in time data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
