Marketing Assistant (SEO + Paid Ads Specialist) Remote | $7/hr | Part-Time → Full-Time Potential. We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and support our Marketing Director. This is a remote, part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time after 90 days based on performance. You will thrive here if you are confident in: * Running and analyzing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and using Google Analytics and Google Console * Crafting and managing outbound emails, text campaigns, and other outreach efforts * Tracking ad performance and assisting with campaign reports * Researching audiences, keywords, and competitor trends * Coordinating with the team on special promotions or seasonal campaigns * Keeping marketing folders, reports, and data organized in Google Drive * Understanding SEO best practices — from keyword optimization to improving website visibility * Managing Google Local Service Ads (GLSA) and Google Business Profiles (GMB) to boost local reach * Assisting with website updates and revisions, and supporting light website-building tasks when needed Details: * Pay: $7/hr * Schedule: Part-time (flexible hours) * Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm * Remote position If you are eager to grow in digital marketing, work closely with an experienced Marketing Director, and make a measurable impact, this might be your spot.
