Requirements and responsibilities

Role: AI Engineer – Conversational AI / Speech Intelligence. You will work on GenAI and speech intelligence solutions. Build LLM-powered conversational systems, ASR-based speech pipelines, and scalable ML solutions for meeting summarization, call insights, and action extraction.Responsibilities include: building GenAI applications on conversational data, developing LLM-based solutions using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT); working on ASR, speaker diarization, and speech processing models; designing agentic AI workflows; building and optimizing real-time and batch ML pipelines; deploying and monitoring models using MLOps & cloud infrastructure.Required Skills: Python; ML Frameworks: PyTorch / TensorFlow; GenAI & LLMs: Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning; Agentic Frameworks: LangGraph / AutoGen / Google ADK; Speech AI: ASR, Speaker Diarization, Speech Segmentation; Tools: Whisper, Azure STT, NVIDIA NeMo / Riva; MLOps & Cloud: Docker, APIs, AWS / Azure / GCP.Eligibility: Degree in Computer Science / AI / ML or related field; strong communication skills; proactive mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
