Responsibilities

AssetAccountant is a B2B SaaS platform specializing in fixed asset depreciation and lease accounting software (IFRS 16 / ASC 842), serving accounting firms and corporations across Australia, the USA, UK, New Zealand, South Africa, and internationally. We are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager based in Latin America — ideally Argentina or Colombia — to support our English-speaking client base of accountants, CFOs, and financial controllers. The role is fully remote. Role Requirements: - Fluent English, written and spoken. - Strong accounting knowledge — degree, bookkeeping background, or hands-on experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage, or similar). - 2–5 years in a customer success, onboarding, or account management role at a SaaS or fintech company. - Comfortable working US/international business hours. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Role Responsibilities: - Own the onboarding experience for new AssetAccountant clients, ensuring a smooth and confident start on the platform. - Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of accounting firm and corporate clients. - Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and drive retention and renewal outcomes. - Translate client accounting workflows and requirements into product guidance and best-practice advice. - Liaise with the product and support teams to escalate and resolve client issues efficiently. - Contribute to the development of help content, onboarding materials, and CS processes as the team grows.
