Requirements and responsibilities


What You’ll Do 🚀 - Own a portfolio of 10–20 high-value accounts (ACVs $60K–$500K+). - Build deep, trusted relationships with CROs, CMOs, GTM leaders, and founders. - Drive multi-seat expansions and manage renewal conversations strategically. - Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing strategic engagement to deliver clear customer value. - Use a 1–1.5% relationship budget creatively (events, trips, dinners) to drive renewals and expansions. - Partner with Product and GTM teams to influence product-market fit and customer success. - Help build the expansion and renewal playbook as the company scales from $0M → $100M. Who You Are ⭐ - Scrappy and execution-oriented — you get things done without excuses. - Comfortable in real startup chaos — fast changes, no processes, high expectations. - Agency background is a major plus — capable of managing enterprise clients and presenting strategy. - Fluent in B2B marketing and GTM — able to discuss ABM, funnels, CAC/LTV, and sales cycles with CMOs and founders. - Tech/startup fluent — you understand fundraising, GTM, CAC, LTV, and founder dynamics intuitively. - ACV fluent — experienced managing $100K–$500K+ accounts with complex relationship cadences. - A natural project manager — able to handle 10+ complex relationships simultaneously. - Competence-first — you operate at a high level regardless of years of experience. - Bonus fit — experience with LinkedIn and/or video content.
