Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and empathetic Client Intake Coordinator / Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience handling U.S. personal injury intake and must already understand how PI law firms evaluate potential cases. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance after an accident or injury. Your ability to gather accurate information, communicate professionally, and identify qualified cases is critical to the success of the legal team. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients. - Conduct structured intake interviews for personal injury cases (motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, workplace injury, etc.). - Gather and document key case details, including accident facts, injuries, treatment status, insurance information, and timeline. - Accurately enter and maintain client information in case management software. - Identify qualified cases based on firm criteria and escalate to attorneys or senior legal staff. - Communicate professionally and empathetically with injured or distressed callers. - Follow up with potential clients to obtain missing information or documentation. - Schedule consultations between qualified leads and attorneys. - Maintain organized digital records and ensure accuracy of all intake data. Requirements (Must Have): - Minimum 6 months experience handling U.S. personal injury intake. - Experience conducting intake calls for accident or injury cases. - Experience qualifying or screening personal injury leads. - Familiarity with common personal injury case types: - Motor vehicle accidents. - Slip and fall. - Premises liability. - Workplace injury. - Wrongful death. - Ability to gather and document: - Injury details. - Treatment status. - Insurance information. - Accident facts. - Experience using CRM or legal case management software (Clio, Filevine, Litify, MyCase, Needles, Smokeball, or similar). - Strong English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence). - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured intake workflows. - Ability to communicate professionally with injured or emotional callers. - Experience working with U.S. clients.
