The Registered Nurses will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. They are accountable for delivering coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. They practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the ANA scope and standards of practice. Key functions and specific skills for the job are found in the unit-specific onboarding checklist and in standards applicable to the specialty. Important details for this role: * Multiple openings for Acute Care RN positions. * Work status and available shifts: * Per diem / On-call, variable * Part-time, day shift Required qualifications: * Graduation from an accredited nursing program. * Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. * Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License. * Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. * Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. * 1 year of nursing experience. Preferred qualifications: * Upon hire: National certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated. Skills and certifications: * Graduation from an accredited nursing program. * Montana Registered Nurse License. * 1 year of nursing experience.
