About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Agent to assist consumers with Final Expense (FE) life insurance options. You will educate clients, identify appropriate coverage, and complete enrollments in a compliant, service-focused, and consumer-first manner.
This is a full-time W-2 remote position with company-provided leads, structured training, and ongoing mentorship. Success requires strong communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and strict alignment with all compliance and carrier guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound consumer calls related to Final Expense life insurance.
- Educate clients on coverage options in a clear and compliant manner.
- Guide customers through the application and enrollment process.
- Document all client interactions accurately within company systems.
- Follow all carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and state/federal insurance regulations.
- Stay updated with product changes, CMS/carrier updates, and internal compliance guidance.
- Manage assigned leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Meet weekly performance, quality, and compliance expectations.
- Deliver an empathetic, professional, trust-based customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Active Resident State Life Insurance License (in good standing).
- Ability to obtain non-resident state licenses if required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior Final Expense experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and virtual communication platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to meet performance expectations consistently.
Compensation & Benefits:
W-2 Employment — Base Pay + Performance-Based Commissions.
Base Pay: $12/hour (based on experience).
Commission Structure: Tiered weekly commissions based on approved FE enrollments.
Higher production levels unlock higher per-policy commission rates.
Full commission breakdown will be provided during the interview process.

Work Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time W-2.
Primary Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (Subject to performance and business need).
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based applicants only).

- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Desktop or laptop with updated operating system.
- Functional webcam and noise-canceling headset.
- Quiet, private workspace suitable for client conversations.
Performance Expectations:
Agents in this role are expected to:
- Maintain weekly production targets aligned with company standards.
- Meet minimum quality assurance (QA) and compliance scores.
- Maintain schedule adherence and reliability.
- Manage leads promptly and professionally.
- Follow all carrier, state, and federal regulations with zero exceptions.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:
This role requires strict compliance with:
- State Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.
- Carrier underwriting guidelines.
- Company QA processes.
- Call monitoring, compliance audits, and script adherence.
Non-compliance may result in corrective action or role reassignment.
