Our mission is to meet people where they are—in body, mind, and life—by delivering care that truly sees and serves the whole person.Position OverviewHiveHEALTH is seeking Texas-licensed General Practitioners (MD or DO) to join as founding clinical partners on a contract basis for our pilot launch in Texas. As our first provider, you’ll deliver trauma-informed, whole-person care via telehealth to cash-pay and subscription-based patients.You’ll collaborate with therapists, trauma coaches, and wellness providers while helping shape HiveHEALTH’s clinical model, workflows, and patient experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven startup at the ground floor—with guaranteed payment, streamlined operations, and real influence on the future of virtual care.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver compassionate, patient-centered primary care via telehealth (30–60 min visits)Diagnose and treat common physical and mental health conditionsPrescribe and manage medications, including for chronic conditionsConduct preventive care, wellness visits, and basic screeningsRefer patients to specialty or allied providers as neededDocument care accurately and efficiently in the EMR (DrChrono)Collaborate with HiveHEALTH’s therapists, trauma coaches, and wellness teamSupport a cash-pay and subscription-based model of careParticipate in regular 1:1s to refine the care model and operationsEnsure a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally sensitive care environmentQualificationsMust Have: MD or DO, board-certified and licensed in Texas2+ years of primary care experience2+ years of telehealth experienceCommitment to trauma-informed, whole-person carePassion for serving underserved, marginalized, and diverse populationsComfortable using EMRs and telehealth platforms (DrChrono preferred)Excited to represent and grow a new, mission-driven brandWilling to work core virtual care hoursStartup mindset: adaptable, communicative, and collaborativeIdeally carries own malpractice insuranceFluent English speakerNice to HavePrior experience building or growing a virtual care practiceInterest in integrative or holistic medicineLocationNo travel required.
