The responsibilities in this leadership track include:Planning and assignment of team activities.Providing technical support to resolve complex issues.Mentoring and professional development of team members.Management of performance evaluations.On-Call AvailabilityThe role requires availability for paid on-call shifts (1 or 2 weeks per month).Interventions during this period are compensated as overtime work.The on-call rotation begins only after an initial training period, typically 6 months after joining the company, depending on individual learning progress.QualificationsPreferably, a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
