Simulate real-world commerce for AI by creating realistic store environments to train and evaluate LLMs. Responsibilities include modeling e-commerce operations, structuring product catalogs with clean taxonomies/attributes/variants, designing AI/LLM prompting strategies and eval sets, modeling inventory/pricing/tax/shipping/fulfillment flows, generating synthetic buyer journeys and edge cases, scoring model responses for operational accuracy, defining rubrics for hallucination detection, stress-testing with fraud/chargeback/coupon abuse scenarios, analyzing gaps and iterating on simulations, partnering with ML and Ops teams, and documenting datasets.
