Requirements and responsibilities

We are proactively building a pipeline of exceptional Executive Assistants to support high-performing founders with backgrounds in venture capital and investment environments. This role is designed for individuals who go beyond calendar management. These professionals operate with strong business judgment, anticipate needs, and bring structured thinking to fast-paced decision-making environments. What we’re looking for: - Experience supporting founders, investors, or senior executives. - Strong ability to anticipate needs and think one step ahead. - Comfort working with confidential information. - Exposure to finance, venture capital, private equity, search funds, or investment-related environments is highly valued. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - High level of discretion and ownership. Nice to have: - Experience coordinating fundraising, investor communications, or due diligence processes. - Experience working with high-net-worth individuals. - Strong organizational systems and documentation skills. - This is an opportunity to be part of a founder’s inner circle and contribute to strategic execution at a high level.
