At our core is human connection – guiding people to reimagine their futures in a community defined by opportunity, creativity, and growth.Who we needReporting to the Chair, Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy (DCP), we are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join us for a 12-18 month contract covering a maternity leave. You will provide high-level administrative, operational, and communication support to the Chair and Associate Chair of the Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy (DCP) Program. As our new Admin Assistant you will play a central part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the doctoral program, supporting faculty and students, coordinating academic processes, and facilitating key milestones, including Applied Scholarship Projects (ASP). As a first point of contact for the program, you will prioritize timely, professional service to students, faculty, external examiners, and institutional partners.This is an existing full-time role, working remotely 5 days a week.
