Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. Although we have continued to gain traction since launching in 2019, there is significant opportunity ahead as we continue to innovate and broaden our offering. As an Onboarding Manager, you will own the onboarding and implementation process for our clients. Your expertise will enable customers to unlock the full potential of our product while creating a foundation for long-term success.What You’ll Do:Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including scoping, data migration, system configuration, consultations and user trainingCollaborate closely with customers to gather requirements, set timelines, and manage expectationsAnalyze customer data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goalsBuild and execute workflows to support clients in adopting our platform efficientlyConduct tailored training sessions for customer teams, enabling them to maximize product valueMonitor and report on key implementation milestones, escalating issues when necessaryServe as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a smooth handoff post-implementationRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience in an implementation, or onboarding, preferably in B2B SaaSExcellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple implementations simultaneouslyProven ability to embrace emerging technologies like AI and adapt new methodsAbility to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions and support customer needsClear, concise communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical usersAttention to detail and an organized approach to problem-solvingExperience working with enterprise clients, particularly in the construction or project management sectorsProficiency in data analysis and data cleaning techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data before migration and integrationAn understanding of API integrations or related technical processesWho You Are:Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for helping customers succeed.Skilled at simplifying complex processes and empowering users to feel confident with new tools.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment who facing challenges head onYou're naturally engaging and enthusiastic, with the kind of likeable personality that puts customers at ease and builds lasting relationshipsYou're personable, enthusiastic, and have a natural ability to connect with peopleWe believe that creativity, enthusiasm, and drive are the keys to success. The salary range for this role is $85,000 – $115,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation within the range is determined based on skills, experience, and role scope.
