As we expand our impact, we are looking for a passionate Clinical Product Lead to join our talented team.We're looking for a Clinical Product Lead to join our growing Product team at the intersection of clinical practice and digital health innovation. Reporting to the UK Product Director, this is a unique role where you will work closely with product teams, product managers, customer success, customer support and leadership.Your role is to reflect the customer voice in the room, ensuring that 360 feedback, discovery, commercial alignment and patient benefit is evaluated while serving as the clinical expert: grounding product decisions in real-world NHS care delivery, mitigating any clinical risk, and translating complex healthcare workflows into actionable insight for the product team.This roleWe're looking for a Clinical Product Lead to join our growing Product team at the intersection of clinical practice and digital health innovation. What you’ll doClinical Advisory & ValidationAct as the embedded clinical expert for two product squads, providing on-demand guidance on NHS workflows, care pathways, and patient safety considerationsReview and challenge product decisions from a clinical lens — identifying where assumptions diverge from how care is actually delivered across primary, secondary, and community settingsEvaluate new feature proposals for clinical accuracy, feasibility, and riskDiscovery & ResearchLead or support clinical discovery: interviews with clinicians, site visits, and workflow observation across NHS and independent sector settingsSynthesise NICE guidelines, NHS England policy, and clinical evidence to inform product directionIdentify unmet clinical needs — particularly around NHS operational pressures, workforce constraints, and care pathway inefficiencies — that represent product opportunitiesCross-functional CollaborationBridge the gap between clinicians, PMs, engineers, and designers — translating clinical concepts into language the team can act on, and product concepts into language clinicians can evaluatePartner with regulatory teams as the Clinical Safety Lead, taking ownership of UK compliance requirements including DCB0129/DCB0160 clinical safety standards and MHRA regulations for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) to ensure these are embedded into every product decisionSupport go-to-market and customer success teams with clinical content and NHS implementation guidance Implementation & AdoptionAdvise on and project manage clinical implementation within NHS environments — from configuration decisions to change management for clinical staff navigating existing systems (e.g. EMIS, SystmOne, Epic)Contribute to clinical documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources suited to NHS workflowsGather feedback from clinical users post-launch and feed insights back into the product cycleRequirementsPost Completion of Core training (CCT) in General Practice with a minimum of 6 years of experience working as a doctor in the NHSStrong working knowledge of NHS structures, care settings, and the realities of frontline healthcare delivery in the UKDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment: you're comfortable with ambiguity and know how to make an impact without formal authorityExperience leading clinical discovery with clients and partners from scoping and recruiting the right voices to synthesising insights and presenting findings to stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills: you can make clinical complexity accessible without losing nuance and can effectively communicate with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders Experience with NHS system integrations and EHR workflows (EMIS, SystmOne)Prior experience in a digital health, healthtech, or clinical informatics roleFamiliarity with product development processes (discovery, sprint cycles, roadmapping)Nice to haveExposure to UK regulatory frameworks: ISO13485, MHRA ClassII SaMD, DCB0129/DCB0160, and DTACBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work with a team that respects clinical expertise and builds it into the product process from day oneA dynamic, mission-driven environment where your work directly impacts patient outcomesFlexible working arrangements - We are a fully remote companyContinuous learning and professional growth opportunities, with access to the latest tools and resources in product development and healthcare innovation
