You'll take direct ownership of Audio, Voice Over, Narrative, New User Experience, and Localization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn end-to-end production across Audio, Voice Over, Narrative, New User Experience, and LocalizationDrive schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure a high-quality deliveryPartner closely with Audio leads, narrative teams, external VO vendors, and localization partners to keep work on track and on budgetCoordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and localization, including contract scoping, asset delivery pipelines, and review cyclesBring clarity to ambiguity by defining creation pipelines, tracking work, and establishing clear communication pathways across disciplinesFacilitate and document outcomes and action items for team meetings, discussions, and breakoutsMaintain a clean, up-to-date project backlog in JiraAssist with task organization, prioritization, and tracking across your areas of ownershipMitigate risks and take ownership of any unforeseen events as they ariseDrive team culture by initiating, fostering, and maintaining positive working relationships across a distributed teamContribute to the broader production organization, sharing process improvements and tooling across the studioKEY QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience in production, with at least one year as a Senior Producer on a shipped game title, ideally on Unreal, and for PlayStation/PCDirect production experience in one or more of the following areas: Audio, Voice Over, Localization, or New User ExperienceExperience shipping localization across multiple languages and regionsFamiliarity with VO pipeline tools, casting processes, and script managementStrong familiarity with external vendor management, including VO studios, localization vendors, and contractorsStrong communication, writing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplinesProficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Miro, and ConfluenceExcellent project management skills, including task prioritization, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and stakeholder managementComfortable operating with ambiguity and proactively creating structure where none existsAll of our roles require up to 10% air travel.
