We are currently recruiting a Sales Closer VA on behalf of one of our active clients, a premium human hair extensions brand based in Puerto Rico with reach across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States. This is an opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset, genuine warmth, and a proven track record in sales.
About the Opportunity
This is a full-cycle sales role with one clear focus: closing. Customers arrive already interested, your job is to convert that intent into a confirmed sale.
– Location: 100% remote from any country in Latin America
– Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 10:00am–4:00pm Puerto Rico time (AST) — Part-time. Message volume varies throughout the day; not all hours are high-traffic, but availability during this window is required.

The Client is a premium 100% human hair extensions brand founded in Puerto Rico, sourcing directly from Vietnam with same-day shipping. They serve customers across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States. The product is strong, demand is active, and the team is in a growth phase, meaning real advancement opportunities for the right person joining now.
Role Summary
This role has one focus: Close sales. Every conversation. Every day.
You will manage inbound WhatsApp conversations with customers arriving through active ad campaigns, returning buyers, and referrals. There is no cold outreach — every conversation starts with someone who already expressed interest.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond to and manage inbound WhatsApp messages and WhatsApp calls with prospective and returning customers in a timely and professional manner.
– Qualify interest: understand what the customer is looking for, their budget, and timeline.
– Recommend the right product based on the customer's profile (catalog training provided).
– Handle objections confidently: price, brand comparisons, product questions.
– Close the sale and process payment via Stripe or GoHighLevel (GHL).
– Follow up with undecided customers with tact and strategic persistence.
– Recover abandoned carts with a human, personalized approach.
– Generate invoices in GoHighLevel (training available if unfamiliar with the tool).
What this role does NOT include: cold prospecting, social media management, marketing, or complex post-sale complaint handling, those are managed internally.
Position Requirements
Essential Requirements
– Native Spanish speaker, written and spoken, clear and professional.
– Conversational English (does not need to be perfect).
– Minimum 1 year of sales closing experience — via chat, phone, or in-person; must be able to demonstrate concrete results.
– Closer mindset: this is a sales role, not customer service.
– Warm and professional voice for voice notes (audio presence matters as much as writing).
– Own computer with stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
– Smartphone with active WhatsApp Business.
– Quiet work environment (voice notes must sound professional).
– Available and responsive during required schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00am–4:00pm AST. Message volume varies — some periods will be quiet, others busier. Consistent availability within the window is what matters.
Bonus Qualifications
– Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM
– Experience selling beauty, fashion, or premium products for women
– Verifiable track record of commissions earned in previous roles
– Ability to use voice notes as an active sales tool, not just a response method
Onboarding & First 15 Days
The first two weeks are a paid training period. During this time you will learn:
– The full product catalog: what each product offers and which customer profile it serves
– Client’s communication tone, rhythm, and style.
– How to use GoHighLevel for invoicing and lead tracking.
– How to handle market-specific objections: price, human vs. synthetic hair, competitor comparisons.
– The follow-up system used for undecided customers.
At the end of 15 days, those who demonstrate closing ability continue on a permanent basis. If it's not the right fit, both parties move forward amicably.
