Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales – Data Center Services to lead business development and revenue growth across our data center division. This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic relationships within the data center, hyperscale, and mission-critical infrastructure space.The ideal candidate has a strong network, understands data center construction and operations, and can sell services such as structured cabling, fiber, rack & stack, and infrastructure deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the data center services marketIdentify and secure new business opportunities with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clientsBuild and maintain relationships with GCs, project managers, and data center operatorsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closePartner with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfactionExpand existing accounts through upselling and long-term partnershipsTrack pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metricsRepresent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunitiesStay current on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the data center spaceRequired Qualifications7–10+ years of experience in sales or business development within data center or infrastructure servicesProven track record of closing large deals and driving revenue growthStrong understanding of data center environments and services (cabling, fiber, deployments, etc.)Established network within the data center, construction, or telecom industriesAbility to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience selling to hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google) or large colocation providersBackground in structured cabling, fiber, or mission-critical constructionExperience working with national or multi-site projectsCRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
