Requirements and responsibilities

Role Overview: - As a Senior/Staff Windows Desktop Software Engineer, you will lead efforts to capture the digital footprint of professional workers to support our core timekeeping product on Windows. - You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge technologies in support of core product features. - You will build and shape our engineering services that support the ingestion and enrichment of those activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain mission-critical Windows desktop applications at scale. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product features. - Work on system-level APIs and desktop app architecture. Must-Have Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience building native Windows desktop software. - Experience with mission-critical Windows desktop software at scale (millions of users). - Deep expertise in C#, .NET, Win32 API, COM, MSIX. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Experience working with generative AI or large language models. - Experience with long-lived, always-on desktop applications (e.g., Dropbox, Box, security agents). - Leadership or management experience while remaining hands-on. - Full-stack development ability (TypeScript/React, NodeJS).
