We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Marketing Operations Manager to join us on our journey.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Marketing Operations Manager enables a high-performing marketing organization through systems, data, and process optimization.This role focuses on ensuring that marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and efficient, with clear visibility into campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize the lead lifecycle, improve marketing performance, and drive better decision-making through data.Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will translate marketing requirements into scalable solutions, while applying automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.Experience3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or related roles, in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environmentHands-on experience supporting campaign execution, demand generation, and marketing performance trackingExperience working with modern marketing and CRM tools, including: Salesforce CRM, Marketo or equivalent experience, Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or AmplitudeExperience working with marketing data, reporting, and campaign analysisExposure to automation or AI-enabled tools in marketing workflows or reportingKey ResponsibilitiesCampaign Operations & ExecutionSupport the execution of marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and documentationMaintain campaign tracking frameworks to ensure consistent reportingPartner with Demand Generation to ensure campaigns are measurable and structured for performance analysisLead Lifecycle & Funnel ManagementMaintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurture programsEnsure clear handoff between Marketing and Sales through defined processes and data consistencyMonitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality, including progression from MQL to SQL and beyondMarketing Attribution & PerformanceSupport marketing attribution and campaign performance analysis across channelsTrack and report on key marketing metrics, including conversion across lifecycle stages (e.g., MQL → SQL → pipeline) and overall pipeline contributionTranslate performance data into actionable insights for marketing stakeholdersTechnology & Tools ManagementAdminister and optimize Marketo and support marketing use of Salesforce CRMOwn the administration and optimization of Intercom for customer-facing communications, ensuring it is properly configured to leverage product usage data for precise audience targeting.Ensure systems are properly integrated and aligned with marketing workflowsSupport the adoption and optimization of tools such as Gong where relevant to marketing insightsContribute to improving workflows through automation and AI-enabled toolingData Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing KPIsAnalyze marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvementTranslate data into clear, actionable insights to support marketing decision-makingData Quality & GovernanceMaintain data quality across marketing systems, including lead and campaign dataEstablish and enforce best practices for data entry, tracking, and reportingSupport a reliable source of truth for marketing and pipeline dataCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to align processes and reportingAct as a key operational partner to Marketing, supporting campaign execution and performance visibilityContribute to initiatives that improve marketing efficiency and pipeline generationWhat You BringStrong experience with Marketo and working knowledge of Salesforce CRMSolid understanding of campaign operations, lead lifecycle management, and marketing attributionExperience analyzing marketing performance data and building reports (e.g., BI tools such as Metabase or similar)Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as Intercom, including experience connecting product usage data to communications workflowsExperience supporting Product Marketing programs, including product launches, interactive demo tooling, and webinar operations.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data qualityAbility to translate marketing requirements into scalable processes and systemsAn AI-forward mindset in applying automation and AI tools to improve marketing workflows and reportingAbility to drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, documentation, and stakeholder buy-inMaintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presenceWhy ProcurifyWe’re building a product that matters.Procurify is redefining how organizations manage spend - transforming a historically manual, reactive process into a strategic advantage.
