Requirements and responsibilities


Mission: - Build a predictable, measurable, AI-powered revenue generation engine for the business. Role Overview: - You will work directly with Patrick to create the systems, automations, dashboards, workflows, and operating infrastructure that consistently generate qualified opportunities, starting with the speaking pipeline and expanding into workshops and executive advisory. - Success will be measured by the strength of the pipeline you build and the leverage you create. What You Will Own: Revenue Operations: - Design and optimize CRM infrastructure. - Build revenue dashboards and KPI tracking. - Create visibility into pipeline health across all service lines. - Build follow-up and nurture systems. - Create operating rhythms around revenue generation. Speaking Pipeline (Primary Focus): - Build and operate a speaking opportunity sourcing engine. - Systematize the application and tracking process. - Create outreach workflows for event organizers and speaker bureaus. - Implement follow-up automation and CRM integration. - Deliver measurable KPI reporting on pipeline health. AI and Automation: - Build workflows using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms. - Eliminate repetitive manual work across the business. - Create scalable, repeatable operating systems. - Document SOPs and processes so they run without you. Success in the First 90 Days: - We believe in focus. In your first 90 days, you will own two priorities: 1. Revenue Infrastructure Built: - CRM optimized and structured for pipeline management. - Dashboards implemented with real-time visibility. - KPI tracking established across key metrics. - Revenue reporting operational and delivered weekly. 2. Speaking Pipeline Built: - Speaking opportunity engine operational. - Opportunity tracking and application process systemized. - Follow-up workflows active and automated. - Pipeline visible, measurable, and generating qualified opportunities. Phase 2 Priorities (Months 4 to 6): - Workshop pipeline, executive advisory pipeline, and broader operational leverage are Phase 2 priorities once the foundation is solid. Required Experience: - You must have built systems before. This role is not suitable for someone learning these tools for the first time. Required: - 3+ years of experience in operations, RevOps, or growth operations. - CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, or equivalent). - Automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent). - AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow design and automation. - Dashboard creation and KPI development. - Outbound prospecting system design. - Process design and documentation. - Bilingual: professional-level English and Spanish. Preferred: - Experience with Claude Code, Claude Co-Work, or similar AI coding tools. - Startup or founder-support experience. - Experience working with advisors, consultants, or professional services firms. - Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency. - Experience building AI-first operating systems.
