Real Estate Acquisitions Closer (Remote) at Luis Buys Homes LLC

RESPONSIBILITIES • Work directly with motivated sellers and agents to get properties under contract • Manage a daily pipeline of warm, company-provided leads • Submit a minimum of 15 offers per week • Lock up at least 4 contracts per month • Drive $50,000+ in closed revenue per month (target: $60,000+) • Partner with our in-house underwriter, who provides offer recommendations. Your job is to lock sellers up • Follow provided scripts and SOPs for a tight, consistent process • Keep Podio updated with clean notes and follow-ups, and communicate with the team via Slack DAILY EXPECTATIONS (tracked daily, in order of priority) • 2+ hours of talk time • 100+ dials if talk time is low because people aren't answering • 3+ offers submitted if dials are low because you were deep in negotiations • 1 contract signed if offers are low because you were working one deal hard A great day has all of the above. A valid day has at least one. REQUIREMENTS • Proven high-ticket or phone sales experience. You've closed real deals at real dollar amounts • Strong negotiating skills. You know how to push, hold firm, and find the yes • Excellent English communication, written and verbal • High energy and thick skin. Rejection is part of the job and you embrace it • You genuinely love sales. If you're looking to clock in and clock out, this isn't the role for you • Results-first mentality with zero excuses • Reliable desktop computer, strong Wi-Fi, quality headset and webcam (no laptops) • Comfortable submitting a Loom introduction video NOTE: Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. What matters is that you know how to sell. We provide the warm leads, scripts, SOPs, and a dedicated underwriter. All you have to do is close.
